ReconstitutionDissolve 1 tablet in 1 ml deionized water to yield a ready-to-use buffered solution of 1 mg/ml trypsin containing 4 mM CaCl2, 200 mM Tris, pH 7.7 at 25°C.
Unit DefinitionOne BAEE unit will produce a ΔA253 of 0.001 per min at pH 7.6 at 25° C using BAEE as substrate. Reaction volume = 3.2 mL (1 cm light path).
